The Hills Residence Vacation Rentals

My stay at the Hills was great. The room & location were excellent as advertised if not better. We had amazing views of the mountains & harbor. We also were within walking distance of the beach behind the building complex. The staff were very polite & helpful. Every time we contacted them for assistance with local recommendations or for extra bed linens they responded & provided what we needed. When I return to Sint Maarten I will definitely be staying here again.

Oscar Unforgettable stay! The apartment offers a spectacular view that makes every moment magical. The interior is modern, very comfortable, and fully equipped. The bedding is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay!

Je mets 5 étoiles pour le staff qui était à l’écoute 24h/24 ! Deux personnes super sympa à l’écoute et très réactifs ! Au sujet de l’hôtel le bruit des travaux à proximité est dérangeant si vous voulez vous reposer durant tout le séjour et ne pas sortir de l’hôtel . Restaurant à proximité. Belle vue

Beautiful Residence The apartment was very nice and clean. Beautiful view of the strip. Big enough for 2 people. Staff was welcoming and helpful when it came to places to eat and responded to additional needs in a timely manner. The apartment was fully furnished and had everything you needed. Great location, it was surrounded by many restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely recommend when staying in St. Martin!

The stay was amazing and I felt comfortable at the Hills. It was safe and in close proximity to many attractions which I loved!

Amazing stay!! They have a Naruto themed restaurant like 2 minutes from this Airbnb it was soooo good. And stayed open until 11pm. The views from the Airbnb were amazing every time we looked. Rooftop pool was chefs kiss

Great place to stay in the heart of town, private space and breathtaking views. The home is just as pictured and described, space can accommodate 2-4 comfortably. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants, cafes and nightlife. Bustling neighborhood in Simpson Bay full of energy and the spirit of SXM. 15-20min drive to the nearest beach, covered garage parking is a bonus as you will be located on the main strip. Great host and friendly locals. If your looking for an upscale retreat in the middle of it all this is your place to stay, you wont regret it!
